Jonathan is a principled negotiator who takes pleasure in resolving complex issues in a manner that prevents his clients from having to go to court.

However, in situations where litigation is required, Jonathan demonstrates his prowess as an advocate by having two published appellate decisions that were in his favor.

Jonathan served as General Counsel at the preeminent independently owned and operated real estate brokerage in California prior to his affiliation with Real Estate Law Corporation. Prior to joining an in-house firm, Jonathan was an attorney at one of the preeminent boutique litigation firms in Sacramento. He was also honored with recognition from the State Bar of California in 2003.
