Anthony Smernes Jr.

Mr. Anthony Smernes, Jr. is a transactional attorney and litigator with exceptional experience and a comprehensive understanding of business and real estate law. Martindale Hubbell has awarded Mr. Smernes an AV Peer Rating for the Highest Level of Professional Excellence for a number of years.

On a routine basis, Mr. Smernes provides advice to a diverse range of clients, including real estate developers, proprietors of retail shopping centers, office buildings, industrial buildings, and hotels, brokers, property management firms, general contractors, and subcontractors.

In addition to his extensive experience as a civil litigator, Mr. Smernes was previously the District Attorney for Yolo County, California. He was also honored with recognition from the State Bar of California in 1965.
